About Donations
Donations taken through this site are handled by PayPal — the Internet’s largest payment processor.
You can donate with a credit card, or “eCheck” (an electronic deduction from your checking account).
You do not need to have a PayPal account. If you do have one, and it has funds in it, you can also pay that way.
Donations are deposited into my business account — Realty Tech Help.
PayPal processes through secure sites only. I never see your credit card or eCheck information. I am able to see your donation amount, email and address (if you enter it in PayPal). I*will not*, ever, sell or use this information in any way, shape or form.
Donations will remain private — I will not post or discuss donor’s names or amounts anywhere.
You will get a receipt from PayPal. In addition, I attempt to personally acknowledge every donation via email. If you don’t get a personal email from me right away, please don’t panic. You’ll get one VERY quickly from PayPal.
eCheck donations will be held until your check clears (5 to 7 days).
Donations are not tax deductible. Sorry…
I will collect donations and regularly mail a check for the donations to Joe’s wife Sandra.
PayPal collects a 3% processing fee. But, I will personally cover the fees for up to $10,000 in donations. So every dollar you donate to Joe will go to Joe.
If you have ANY questions or concerns about donating via PayPal, please contact me by email at jay@thompsonsrealty.com or call me at 480-235-4447 and I will try to answer them. If you’d feel better making out a personal check to Joe (more appropriately to Joe’s wife) contact me and I’ll give you either Joe’s address or mine to mail your check to.

I met Joe at last summer’s RE Connect when he stopped by my tabletop in Start-up Alley. I appreciated his friendliness and positive feedback. That would have been good enough, but apparently he believed in our value proposition more than I realized. When he shared it with his readers it was an unforgettable thrill. I’m forever grateful for Joe’s encouragement and support.
Thank you Joe and God Bless you!
Thanks for any other informative blog. Where else could I get that kind of information written in such an ideal approach? I have a mission that I’m just now operating on, and I have been on the glance out for such info.
